"Towards on-going capacity building of its researchers and staff members, “Social Watch –Tamilnadu” has been evolving a series of modules of participatory reflection-cum-socially relevant policy research. Dr. Packiaraj, the mentor and Research Guide of “Social Watch –Tamilnadu” is in charge of the process. Based on objectives such as Personal Mastery, Systems Analytical Approach, Shared Vision, Team Learning etc., the process helps the staff to integrate their research and learning in a personal and collective process.
